Matt Flowers

 

Matt, a former college athlete, has been practicing yoga for a decade and teaching for five years with 200 Hr YTT. Yoga has provided him with a path to balance, helping him achieve and share through community the benefits from both physical maintenance and mental calm. Throughout his journey, he has actively sought out community, exemplifying the value of learning and building knowledge as well as spreading the accessibility of healthy living to all. The peace that yoga has provided inspires him to share the practice of asanas, meditation, and breathwork with others encouraging movement and stillness. He emphasizes that yoga is not about trendy poses or brands; it’s about intentionally building a genuine relationship with oneself—something available to everyone, anytime, anywhere.
