we are facilitators and conduits, simply opening the door and stepping out of the way. we definitely don’t have all the answers, but we’ll offer tools and techniques that we love. the rest is for you to decide.

our core belief is in remaining curious.

 

Our teachers have studied with a variety of mentors and pull from a plethora of inspirations, including but not limited to Katonah Yoga®, Chinese Medicine, Iyengar, Tantra, Somatics, Vinyasa and Hatha, often-times blending many techniques into one class.

Yoga with the Collective at Soulage varies greatly from teacher to teacher and from class to class. This means each time you attend, your experience will be unique. Our yoga classes are taught to all levels.

Practice is a petri dish to study your life through your body. through connection with others. through metaphor and breath. through the lens of physical experience. 

Our goal as a community-oriented space is to wake up as individuals, in order to live more fully and vibrantly in collaboration with each other.
